Billing Information

Your monthly bill will include the services available to your home, which may include electric, water, sewer, trash, and stormwater.

Meter Reading & Billing Schedule

• Meters are read on the 15th of each month.
• Bills are typically received by the 1st of the month and are due by the 15th.
• A penalty is applied the next business day after the due date, and delinquent notices are sent at that time.
• Accounts not paid in full by the last calendar day of the month may be subject to service disconnection on the following business day.

Sewer Adjustments

During the summer months, residents who qualify may request a sewer adjustment for water used that does not enter the sewer system. To qualify, usage must exceed your yearly average by 1,500 gallons or more. Common examples include filling swimming pools, watering gardens, or power washing.
